Breaking: Indoor Mask Mandate to Return to Disney World

Because of the COVID-19 variant rising in Orlando, the CDC is recommending those who live in "high" or "substantial" COVID-19 transmission to resume mask-wearing indoors; this includes individuals who have been vaccinated.

(WDW News Today)

Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings has been at work on this for a little while. In the meantime, indoor mask rules have also been reinstated at Disneyland. These new mask rules will come into fruition at Disney World starting on July 30th. Before now, vaccinated guests were allowed to be maskless indoors, but now masks will be required for both the vaccinated and unvaccinated.

This is posted as a warning and a reminder if you will be on your Disney vacation in the coming weeks.
