Disneyland has Reopened: A Look at All the Action!

After a brutal 412 days, Californians are rejoicing as "The Happiest Place on Earth" finally reopened this week! There has been a lot of updates regarding both parks, so let's take a look to see what has changed.

The Haunted Mansion has seen some positive changes! Disneyland's Haunted Mansion will be using the stretching room pre-show., with numbered markings on the ground to maintain social distancing. Some new elements to the ride and queue were also added: a floating wicker chair was added to Madame Leota's seance room, a cat statue in the loading area (referencing Imagineer Xavier Atencio's original demonic cat idea), themed plants have been added to each pet in the pet cemetery in the queue, and the mansion itself has been painted multiple shades of white to give off a more eerie feel.

Construction walls were seen being constructed around the Toontown Five and Dime and Gag Factory shop, along with the overly large building, which will be eventually hosting Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway! A gag sign can be seen also acknowledging the future attraction.

A Birthday Cake Celebration Churro is now available for $5.75 at the churro cart near the hub of the park! It also comes with a marshmallow dipping sauce for an extra charge. WDW News Today reporters have reported that there isn't anything special about this churro, as it does not taste like birthday cake, just FYI.

I don't know about all of you, but I could sure go for any sort of churro and a ride on the Haunted Mansion right about now! It sure beats work and studying for finals!
