Weekends at Disney Springs are about to get a little more tropical. On March 30, Wine Bar George will debut its first ever “Wine Country Brunch” and will include a Dole Whip Mimosa. Dole Whip has been a soft serve favorite of Disney foodies since the 1980’s, and the $15 mimosa version is made with pineapple juice, moscato and prosecco. There will also be a frozen version for $10 called the “Dole Whip Froscato,” which comes with vodka.
The restaurant, located across from Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, will also serve brunch classics like brioche French toast, steak and eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, and eggs Benedict, paired with a vast selection of wines from around the world. The new brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Take a look at the full menu here.
