With news of some construction walls being taken down, it's a natural instinct for Disney to automatically put more up! Today, we will be looking at some more updates around the parks!

To start off our list of updates, new primary barges have been spotted floating on World Showcase Lagoon! These barges are a part of the upcoming fireworks show, Harmonious, that will be premiering on October 1st of this year, along with the long-awaited Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. The barges have already been a controversial topic among park-goers due to their size and their blocking the view of the World Showcase.

In our last post (link here if you haven't read it! https://www.disneydad.org/post/updates-on-the-reimagined-jungle-cruise ), we focused on talking about the newest updates to the reimangined Jungle Cruise in the Magic Kingdom. Today, we are continuing as another update has been spotted regarding our retired friend, Trader Sam. He was last seen missing from his spot around a week ago, and now has been replaced by nets! No word on what will be in his place as of yet.

Meanwhile, in Animal Kingdom, Koda and Kenai have been spotted riding the character rafts! Both extremely rare characters in the Disney parks, Koda and Kenai are from the Disney film, Brother Bear. If you haven't seen the film in a while or at all, this should give you a great excuse to watch it, and listen to everyone's favorite 80s icon, Phil Collins! (that's right, he didn't JUST do Tarzan!)

Also in Animal Kingdom, the sand sculptors are back and working on another project! According to Disney Food Blog and TheTimTracker, these dudes have been hard at work with a Raya and the Last Dragon sculpture, and a Secrets of the Whales sculpture.

And last but certainly not least, we are heading over to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort to check out some new painting! These workers have been spotted adding a splash of color to some of the resort buildings.
